The apartment building was completely renovated by Dorian Huber Interiors. The heating system as well as the facades and roof insulation etc. were planned and installed with a modern and sustainable approach. The old oil heating system was planned using a heat pump with three geothermal probes (160-180 meter boreholes) and a 20m2 solar system for the production of hot water. This reduces CO2 emissions by 30 tons. The project was published and praised by the WWF.

The living comfort for the tenants has improved significantly and the additional costs have been reduced by 70%.
