​The apartment building was completely renovated by Dorian Huber Interiors and an attic apartment was added. The heating system as well as the facades and roof insulation etc. were planned and installed in a modern and sustainable approach. The old oil heating was replaced by a heat pump with three geothermal probes and a 20 m2 solar system for the warm water production. This reduces CO2 emissions by 30 tons. The project was published and praised by the WWF.

The living comfort for the tenants has improved significantly and the additional costs have been reduced by 70%.
